Listed below are the different departments that currently have online services and information available. Please check back frequently as we will add new services to better serve our residents.
The City of Cocoa introduces to our residents and businesses a new convenient and quick way to access online utility billing information and payments. If you prefer you may call our Customer Service Office during normal business hours at (321) 433-8400.
Online Utility Billing:
Please note: A convenience fee will be applied to all payments made online.
The Utilities Customer Service provides you with the ability to view utility bills over a secure internet connection (by clicking this link, you will be re-directed to a 3rd party website and if you choose to make a payment, a convenience fee will apply). Customers can also view comprehensive and current account information and billing and payment history as well as print out a copy of their current bill and sign up to receive an electronic statement at no cost.
If your water has been cut off for nonpayment, after you make your credit card payment, you must call (321) 433-8400 to have your water restored.
Do not click "Complete Transaction" more than one time for each account, this may result in multiple debits to your bank account. If you encounter a problem, please contact customer service at (321) 433-8400 to inquire if your payment has processed properly.
You can now pay your bill online by your choice of check or credit card.
