Cold Cases

Cold Cases

In 2019, The Cocoa Police Department partnered with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to increase awareness around the State of Florida for homicide cases that remain "cold" or after a period of time have remained unsolved. Each cold case homicide and/or unsolved homicide is now posted on a statewide database facilitated by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.  The benefit of posting cases on this site includes connections to law enforcement agencies around the state of Florida. As information is entered, if there are similar names and other characteristics, the agencies will be alerted.

There is always hope to bring justice to these victims and their families, no matter how much time has passed. Please visit the FDLE Unsolved Cases in Florida website and search Cocoa Police Department for a complete list of unsolved homicides in our city. The site is updated periodically.

Crime Tips

The Cocoa Police Department actively partners with the Central Florida CRIMELINE to solve crime within our community. Participants in the CRIMELINE program always remain anonymous. All we want is your information.
