Diamond Square Grant Programs

The Diamond Square Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is introducing two new residential grant programs. The Residential Paint Grant Program and the Beautification Grant Program. Interested parties should complete the Diamond Square Grant Programs application.  ***The Diamond Square CRA will not be accepting new applications as of December 20, 2022***

  • Beautification grants awarded: 13
  • Paint grants awarded: 15

Paint Grant Program

  • The applicant/homeowner must reside in the home and in the Diamond Square community.
  • The home shall have no existing code violations or outstanding code liens.
  • Painting is available for the exterior of the home only.
  • The grant provides pressure washing for the home, paint, and paint supplies for up to $1,000
  • Applicant is responsible for painting the home.

Beautification Grant Program

  • The applicant/homeowner must reside in the home and in the Diamond Square community.
  • The home shall have no existing code violations or outstanding code liens.
  • The grant provides landscaping for up to $500.
  • Landscaping must be used in the front of the home.
  • The applicant is responsible for planting.
