Impacts of COVID-19 to Water Customer Service

Customer Service employees are still available to answer phones, process drop box items, and answer e-mails while City Hall is closed. The City of Cocoa has temporarily suspended water shut-offs for non-payment. Customers needing to discuss their specific situation and payment plan options should call Cocoa Utility Customer Service at 321-433-8400 or e-mail customerservice@cocoafl.org

There are multiple ways that you can still do business with the City of Cocoa Utilities Department including payments and starting, stopping or transferring of water service. We appreciate your patience while we continue to monitor this very important situation and continue to keep our customers and e healthy and safe.  

  • Payments can be made in multiple ways including:
    • Mailing your payment to PO Box 1270, Cocoa, FL 32923-1270 (Do not mail cash payments.)
    • Arrange for online payment through your banking institution.
    • Place your check/money order payment in the secure drop box on the south side of Cocoa City Hall, 65 Stone St. 
    • Online Bill Pay with a credit card or online check, www.CocoaFL.org (Fees do apply through our online bill processor First Billing.) 
    • Automatic Debit Agreement, www.cocoafl.org/496/Online-Forms (Completed form and all needed attachments can be e-mailed to customerservice@CocoaFL.org, mailed to Water Customer Service at 65 Stone St., Cocoa, FL 32922, or dropped in the secure drop box on the south side of City Hall.)
    • Calling the automated phone system at (321) 433-8400 (Fees do apply.) 
  • Terminating your service or requesting new service can all be done in multiple ways including:
    • Online at  www.cocoafl.org/496/Online-Forms (Completed form and all needed attachments can be e-mailed to customerservice@CocoaFL.org, mailed to Water Customer Service at 65 Stone St., Cocoa, FL 32922, or dropped in the secure drop box on the south side of City Hall.)
    • Calling the automated phone system at (321) 433-8400 (Starting new service can only be done over the phone if the customer has had a previous account in good standing and we can verify the last four digits of the social security number.)
