Michael C. Blake

As Mayor of the City of Cocoa, my focus will be to serve the citizens and businesses of our city. I will strive and commit to help our city meet it's changing and diverse needs, resulting in a better place to live and work for all. I will place emphasis on supporting the city's efforts in redeveloping our neighborhoods, in creating new jobs, and in improving the quality of Cocoa's educational environment. I have served as a Councilmember for District 1 in the City of Cocoa, as well as Mayor of Cocoa, in addition to volunteering on several City taskforces, boards, and committees. Citizens And business partners of Cocoa, I'm here to serve!

Allen Cowart

I am a true cocoa native . 5 generation here. I have been a business owner here for over 35 years , and space coast Sitework is one of my businesses. I'm also a past Brevard firefighter, present reserve sheriff deputy for the last 8 years. I have been a realtor for 18 years. An auctioneer doing charity auctions for many of the local charities. I have 3 sons and 3 grandchildren. Who are also local.

Robert Harvey

Bob Harvey, Colonel, United States Air Force, Retired , is currently anairline pilot, author, businessman and elected Port Canaveral Commissioner serving the City of Cocoa. He is both a former US Army Helicopter pilot and US Air Force F‐16 Fighter with two combat tours and earned the Distinguished Flying Cross for valor in combat. Bob is a published author of two books including Cocoa, Florida, A History. He has three decades of successful leadership experience and formal military leadership training and two master's degrees including an MBA and lives in Cocoa with his wife, Connie.

Henry Parrish

Born and raised in Brevard, graduated Rockledge High School class of 82. Parrish is one of Florida's Pioneer Families dating back 197 years. Owned Parrish Properties and Investments 1990‐2000; Governor's Appointee to the TRDA Board 2003‐2008; Purchased The Shephard House in 2004, relocated and renovated this famous, Queen Anne style home, built in 1890, opened as Bed and Breakfast 2009; Relocated the Parrish family home built in 1885, to its current location alongside the B&B; Developed Riverside Landing Condominiums in 2004; Elected twice as Mayor of Cocoa, served from 2012‐2018; Established Parrish Redevelopment in 2017, renovated rental properties, worked with Housing for Homeless Coalition to provide housing for homeless families/veterans; Appointed to the Brevard Historic Commission Board in 2018

Jake Williams, Jr.

I was elected as Mayor of Cocoa in 2018, and am seeking re‐election to finish what I started, which is to: Reduce street level crime in our City, Eliminate blight, Addressing growing homelessness issues, inequality within our City , and the need for affordable/workforce housing. Prior to serving as Mayor, I served on Cocoa City Council from 2004‐2012 and twice as Deputy Mayor; a member of the City's Code Enforcement Board from 1998‐2004 and Planning & Zoning Board from 2013‐2018; Currently 2nd Vice President of Central Brevard NAACP, Masonic Lodge MI#685, Florida Black Caucus, Brevard Homeless Coalition, Space Coast TPO Executive and Board of Directors, CivMil, and Florida League of Mayors.

Lavander Hearn

Raised in the heart of Cocoa, Lavander Hearn is a father of two beautiful children and serves as a mentor to many children throughout Cocoa. Lavander is a Cocoa High school alumni and has attended Eastern Florida State College where he completed Firefighter/EMT training and obtained his Associates of Science degree in Fire Science. Mr. Hearn is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Public Safety Management. Currently, Lavander is employed with Brevard County Fire Rescue as a Firefighter/EMT serving Brevardians in need as well a substitute teacher and community organizer. "It is an honor and a privilege to be a candidate for the City of Cocoa City Council District 2 seat. "

Stephanie Moretto

Hello, my name is Stephanie Moretto, and I am running for Seat 2 on City Council for Cocoa! I have spent almost the last 15 years living in Cocoa. A city I have truly fallen in love with from the moment I moved here. Stephanie Moretto and her husband, Nic relocated to Cocoa in 2006.Married for 15 years this year and are blessed with an 8‐year‐old son. The Moretto family has grown over the years with their small business. Stephanie Moretto has served with many different nonprofits, groups and boards throughout the City of Cocoa with the same goal, make Cocoa Better. Stephanie Moretto is ready to collaborate with her community to Love Cocoa, and Dream Big.

Rip Dyal

I am a Cocoa High School Graduate (1980) and proudly served in the U. S. Air Force as a security guard. I have been married to my wife, Marsha, for 36 years and we have a daughter, Rachel. I have been a bricklayer, beekeeper, and salvage yard owner. I am a lifetime member of the VFW and Moose Lodge. Since 2005, I have volunteered for the City of Cocoa, serving as a VCOP (coordinator) and chairman of the Board of Adjustments. I was honored to receive the City's Volunteer of the Year award (2018) and VCOP of the year (2019). I love this city, its people and hope you give me the honor of serving as your District 3 Councilman.

Jennifer Kenny

Jennifer Kenny moved to Central Florida and fell in love with the area. As a young single mother, she successfully completed an electrical apprenticeship program. After an interesting career in the Electrical industry, Jennifer felt compelled to help others. She became the Community Service Liaison to Heart of Florida United Way. Jennifer left HFUW to work for Alliance for Retired Americans advocating for senior citizens. This position required that she travel constantly throughout Florida and the New England states. When an opportunity for work became available in Central Florida, she relocated to be closer to her family. Jennifer currently lives in Cocoa. She can be found attending local council meetings, engaging with the community and enjoying her family.
