There is nowhere more romantic and elegant than the Porcher House for such a special occasion as your wedding and/or wedding reception. The ambiance and atmosphere offer a setting so very special that there is no place to compare.

In the heart of Cocoa’s established Historic District, the Porcher House is open to the community to enjoy as a special place for meetings, weddings, parties, luncheons, afternoon teas and card parties.

Tours
Historical tours are given by appointment only by Cocoa Main Street, (321) 633-0806.  Cocoa Main Street's office is located on the first floor of the Porcher House, office 100.  Appointments are needed for tours.  Tours for an event are given by the City of Cocoa Leisure Services division.  Their offices are located next door in the Civic Center lobby, (321) 639-3500.  Leisure Services offices are open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Facilities

The Porcher House can seat up to 85 with standing room for 125. Linens, lace, china and flatware are available for rental. A list of caterers, florists, photographers, tents, and so much more can be suggested.

The second floor of the house is leased as office space to local businesses. The house is open daily, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Evenings and weekends are reserved for special events.

Renovations
The Porcher House was renovated and is complete as of February 1, 2007.  The house is a historic home that had some damage that needed to be repaired.  The house is complete and looks beautiful.  All of the hardwood floors were stripped and re-finished.  The interior has a freah coat of paint.  New carpet has been laid on the stairs and on the second floor.  There are many upgrades to the house that have improved it tremendously.  We invite everyone to come out and visit the house to see all of the wonderful transformations.  For any questions or for more information on booking an event at any of our facilities, please feel free to contact us at 321-639-3500.
