The City of Cocoa introduces to our residents and businesses a new convenient and quick way to access online utility billing information and payments. If you prefer you may call our Customer Service Office during normal business hours at (321) 433-8400.
Online Utility Billing:
The Utilities Customer Service provides you with the ability to view utility bills over a secure internet connection. Customers can also view comprehensive, current account information, billing history, and payment history. You can also print out your current bill and make a payment.
If your water has been cut off for nonpayment, after you make your credit card payment, you must call (321) 433-8400 to have your water restored.
Do not click "Complete Transaction" more than one time for each account. If you encounter a problem, please contact customer service at (321) 433-8400 to inquire if your payment has processed properly. Failure to comply with this request may result in the debit your bank account multiple times.
You can now pay your bill online by your choice of check or credit card.
