The Employee Health Center, managed by CareATC, is available to employees, retirees, and their eligible dependents enrolled in the City's medical insurance plan. The Employee Health Center provides full range of primary care services including:
  • Cold & Flu, Sore Throat
  • Labs & Medications
  • Injections
  • Minor procedures
  • Completion of Personal Health Assessment (PHA)
To schedule an appointment:
  • Call CareATC at 800-993-8244 to obtain a username and password for each participating member
  • Go to the CareATC website and click the Client Login
  • Enter your username and password to access the secure User Menu
  • Schedule an appointment, view your Personal Health Assessment, or edit your personal data
  • You can access CareATC's mobile website from any smartphone or download the app from the iPhone or Android with just a tap! Visit your smartphone's app store and search for CareATC to conveniently access your medical history and schedule appointments.
Hours of operation are listed below. Appointments are REQUIRED; however, same day appointments may be accommodated based on availability and/or severity of issue by calling 800-993-8244.
